Customer Return Policy
All 'non-consumable' products (in new condition) offered
by SmoothieCompany.com/home can be returned for a refund
within 14 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise
noted. Exchanges for any 'non-consumable' or damaged
'consumable' items can be made, once per order, for the
same item only, within 14 days from the day of the
original purchase. There will be a 25% restocking fee
on all returned items.
Due to safety concerns, 'consumable' products cannot be
returned or exchanged on opened products. Consumable
products may only be returned or exchanged for reasons
related to damages caused during shipping. Any damaged
'consumable' product can be returned for a refund within
14 days of the day of purchase, unless otherwise noted.
Gift certificates are non-refundable items. In any case,
SmoothieCompany.com/home is not responsible for the
shipping costs for returned or exchanged items.
For exchanges, you will be charged for our exact return
shipping costs to you of the exchanged item.
For returns, your credit card will only be credited once
we receive the returned merchandise. You will only
receive credit for the dollar amount of the items, not
including any original shipping costs less the 25%
restocking fee.
If a return is near the end of the 14 day from purchase
period, we ask that you please call a customer service
representative so we can document what product is being
returned. No refunds will be given after 14 days.
A
copy of the proof of purchase, your name, address, and
all items included with the original purchase must be
included with the product being returned.

For repair service call Blendtec at 1-800-748-5400 from
8am-5:30pm Mountain Time, Monday-Friday (excluding
holidays) to speak with a customer service
representative. For all warranty repairs, a customer
service representative needs to verify warranty
coverage. The warranty status of your product will be
reviewed and your options will be explained. Many
problems can be resolved by troubleshooting over the
phone, but if repairs are necessary you will be given
the appropriate information by customer service.
Blendtec Blenders International Warranty Service
Products intended for sale in the United States are
covered by U.S. warranty and repair policies and
procedures. Products used or sold outside the United
States are subject to the applicable international
warranty and service procedures. For specific warranty
and repair information please consult the international
owner’s manual that came with your product. |
